Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives of the company. Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and select appropriate digital marketing channels and tactics to reach and engage the target audience effectively.
  2. Content Creation and Optimization: Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, emails, and advertisements. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure consistency with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and community management. Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and expand the company’s social media presence.
  4. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-per-Click (PPC): Plan and execute SEM and PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking. Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions, improve click-through rates, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
  5. Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating targeted email lists, designing email templates, and monitoring campaign performance. Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or other analytics platforms. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  7. Website Management: Collaborate with web developers or content management teams to update and optimize the company website. Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines and conversions.
  8. Online Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, or display networks. Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and budgets, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  9. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers. Implement lead generation tactics, such as landing pages, lead magnets, and email automation, to drive conversions and support sales efforts.
  10. Industry and Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Understanding of website design principles and user experience (UX).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
